從1 9 4 0 開始，位於台南巷間的阿霞飯店，至今仍然是人聲鼎沸，無論是遠近馳名的紅蟳米糕，或是炭烤烏魚子…等，道道打著「美味求真」的硬功夫臺菜，是每位老饕共同的記憶。

Since its creation in 1940 in Tainan, A SHA restaurant has always been full of food lovers. It is recognized as one of the most iconic representatives of local Taiwanese Cuisine, where nationally and internationally famous dishes can be enjoyed such as Steamed Mub Crub with Glutinous Rice，orCharcoal-grilled Wild Mullet Roe….
A SHA provides delicious dishes from which authenticity can be tasted and hard work can be felt, allowing connoisseurs of different generations to share timeless common memories.
